An event producer’s job is to bring experience, knowledge, and resources to projects to assist the company that hired them. EVENTions goes further. Our Promise is to deliver flawless, innovative events in almost any event scenario, maximizing our client’s investment, offering ROI strategies, and utilizing a planning process that is professional and collaborative.

  • We stretch our clients’ budgets, adapt and embellish their ideas, suggest new tactics, services, and products.
  • We produce reports, renderings, and other tools to maintain communication and event development, often incorporating a client’s own staff or vendors.
  • We keep ourselves readily accessible and find quick answers to challenges that come up along the way.

To be successful, we also support our contractors. We work hard to qualify projects for them, verify that basic parameters are met (like access, temporary power, rigging points), and manage our events, so our contractors are able to do their best. To us, it is always a team effort and all part of being the ideal event partner.

Pricing Our Services

To better accommodate our clients, we offer three styles of service.

  1. Package – For the client that needs one bill/one vendor, we will provide a turnkey package that includes our fees, which are based on anticipated management time and skill level.
  2. Fee for services – For the client that wants to manage certain tasks themselves, we will handle the balance and again, charge fees based on anticipated management time and skill level.
  3. Consultation – For the client who needs a few key ideas but wants to manage the event themselves, we will consult with their team and do research as requested. Our fees are $195/hour for office consultation and $150/hour. for research and reporting with a minimum of $450.
